Return PolicyIf we DIDN'T fabricate it right, we'll make it right.
We take great care in every piece that we fabricate and compare the prints to the finished parts several times before we ship it, to make sure you get the correct item you ordered. If the material or thickness is wrong, or it was not fabricated to the prints you approved (within our standard tolerances), give us a call at
937-323-2992. We'll give you a return authorization number, and tell you how to send it back.
If we DID fabricate it right, we can't take it back, but we can possibly modify it or fabricate you another one.
Once we fabricate a custom part, we can't ever sell it again. So, PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY, PROVIDE CLEAR AND ACCURATE PRINTS and DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS BEFORE YOU ORDER. The old adage is especially true here: measure twice, cut once. WE do it before we fabricate your parts, and YOU should do it before you order.

Personal Information Collected From You
Many of our Website services to customers do not require any form of registration or identification. You can freely visit many parts of our Website without telling us who you are.
